Do I Know You?

I'm a wife, a mom to 10 children. When I'm out with my family, oftentimes, people come up to me and start personal conversations asking me things like "Are you going to have more children?" These questions leave me wondering, "Do I know you?" We tend to attract a lot of attention and, fortunately, we receive positive feedback from people. I am blessed to have such a wonderful family.
